	<description>The power of a cookie

Stress. It's all around us. We can't avoid it. Whether it's the unavoidable migraine you get after a lengthy meeting at the office or when you get home to open your mail and see a pile of credit card bills waiting to be paid, the migraine begins to pound. It's a part of everyday life and there's no denying it. Stress is here to stay.

As a solution to our woes, we tend to seek many different alternatives in lessening the pain we usually get and that is associated with stress. Whether it be aspirins for headaches, a good walk in the park, or an unusual ritual or remedy, we have our ways of fighting the pain. But have you ever considered taking a breather with a chocolate chip cookie? You'd surely be surprised of all the different benefits you can attain with one bite of a delicious, mouth watering chocolate chip cookie. History has proven to us more than once how beneficial chocolate is to our society and own personal psyche:

Dip your chocolate chip cookie in a nice thick glass of milk and be prepared to be taken back to more fonder years when the only major concern you had was who ruled the playground and if the tooth fairy really did stick dollar bills under your pillow at night (and if it really wasn't your mom).
The good men that are scientists have proven that chocolate really does help stimulate your happy mood, so if you're having a crummy day, why not take a small bite out of a chocolate chip cookie? It's guaranteed to turn things around for you.
You don't have to go back that far in history to know that a chocolate gift can win a way to a woman's heart no matter what the size or the assortment. And don't forget that men like chocolate too - but just might not be as forthcoming about it as women.
And how can you forget the good old days when you baked a batch of chocolate chip cookies on Christmas Eve for Santa Claus? Surely after one night of hard labor shoving presents down chimneys, the old man does deserve a break with a good batch of freshly baked chocolate chip cookies.

Chocolate chip cookies

So the next time you're sitting in a conference room spacing out and wanting to go out on a much deserved break, don't forget to grab a cookie with delicious chocolate chips. It will not only take you to a place you want to be, but it will definitely satisfy your sweet tooth at the same time as well!
