	<description>
Chocolate and You
What better, more elegant way is there to say thank you or I love you with a box of gourmet chocolate? Stylish, provocative, and classy, chocolate can be any sweet tooth's best friend. It's there when you need it--during all times of pity and despair--and there when you need a pick-me-up. This is especially true now with the ever increasing availability of gourmet chocolate of all kinds.

When it comes to gourmet chocolate, you can't go wrong. Here are some myths and truths when it comes to ins and outs and all there is to be known about chocolates:

  The amount of caffeine in a piece of gourmet chocolate is much lower than that in coffee, tea or cola drinks.
  There is no real link between acne and chocolate.
  It is possible for a person to be allergic to any food, including chocolate. But recent evidence suggests that allergy to gourmet chocolate may be relatively rare.
  Contrary to popular stereotype, most overweight people do not eat excessive amounts of chocolate of other foods containing sugar. The sugar intake tends to be below average.
  Many people overestimate the calories in gourmet chocolate. A 1.5 oz milk chocolate bar contains approximately 220 calories, low enough to incorporate into a weight control diet.
  The American Heart Association recommends that daily cholesterol intake not exceed 300 mg. A 1.65 oz. chocolate bar only contains 12 mg.
  Candy, in moderation, can be part of a low-fat diet. In fact, an occasional sweet helps you stick to a healthy eating plan.
Most gourmet chocolate and gourmet chocolate gifts are made from European chocolate.

Gourmet Chocolate
Chocolate can be enjoyed by just about everyone of all different shapes and sizes. It helps brighten any day and does a good job of being a reliable source for a mood booster. They also make wonderful birthday and holiday gifts as assorted chocolate gifts. Think we're kidding? Go out and get yourself a box of gourmet chocolates and we'll see who then has the smile on their face.

Make your chocolate into a chocolate gift, or simply indulge in chocolate chip cookies. Either way, there's a way to enjoy chocolate.
